Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time is the time we need to verify your order, prepare it, and hand it to the carrier—not transit time.
We use Veeqo to manage inventory, pick and pack orders, and create shipping labels. That helps us keep stock accurate and ship consistently; it does not change your rights under this policy or applicable consumer law.
Shipping methods and delivery
We ship to the United States Only. Available services (e.g. standard, expedited) and carriers (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx) are shown at checkout when your address is entered. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless a specific guaranteed service is purchased and offered at checkout.
Rates
Standard Shipping: Free
Expedited Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight and size, and the service you select.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the carrier provides it. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to show movement after the label is created.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship the item for an additional fee.
Delays, weather, and carrier issues
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs (if applicable), incorrect addresses, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Digital or non-physical products
Gift Card Purchases will be delivered to the email provided instantly.
