Refund policy
Thank you for choosing Hello Mrs. We aim to provide a seamless experience for your name change journey. Please review our refund guidelines below:
1. Eligibility for a Standard Refund
You are entitled to a full refund if a request is made within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date, provided that:
- Your Hello Mrs Box has not yet been shipped; or
- You have not yet accessed or downloaded your Digital Name Change Kit.
2. Discretionary Refunds
Once a physical box has been shipped or a digital kit has been downloaded, the service is considered fulfilled. Any refund requests made after these events are:
- Evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Issued at the sole discretion of Hello Mrs.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
If a return is authorized for a physical product, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs. Hello Mrs does not provide prepaid return labels for "change of mind" returns.
4. Processing and Timelines
We value your time and process all approved refunds with efficiency:
- Original Payment Method: All credits will be issued strictly to the original form of payment used at checkout.
- Internal Processing: We process refunds the same business day they are approved.
- Banking Window: While we release funds immediately, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the credit to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Note: To initiate a request, please contact our support team with your order number. Requests received after the 30-day window will not be eligible for consideration.
